At present, he works as the Dean at the Faculty of Education of the Palacký University in Olomouc as well as an Associate professor at the Institute of Special Education Studies.

He is Guarantor of the bachelor study programme Special Education – Early Intervention. He specialises in the field of Inclusive Education and Digital Accessibility. Within research activities, he is engaged in Implementation of Assistive Technologies for Individuals with Special Needs.
