I love this field and so I love these conferences because everyone shares the same passion and excitement. Tim Moore talked about professionals needing support because we have a field that requires that we give of ourselves, the empathy, listening, the strategies. I think this is one of the key aspects of conferences like this. As we are together, we are excited, we are listening, we are learning and we are gathering energy to go back and to become even better in what we do.
