When my husband was elected president, I made a commitment to stand up for the particularly vulnerable groups of our population, to raise awareness of the issues that concern them, and to advocate for them publicly. I consider that children with disabilities and their families are the most in need. I am pleased to see how many experts and parents have gathered here to share their valuable experiences. I wish you to find not only the information and inspiration you need, but also encouragement and the feeling that you are not alone. To the organizers I wish a smooth conference, and to all attendees a productive time. Thank you very much for your work, I appreciate it immensely. Thank you.
